I don't want anyone to know I am buying condoms, how discreet is Condom Hall?
Your privacy is our main concern, we are very confidential. Your privacy is protected by using the most discreet form of shipping available. We do not use the word "condoms" or our name "Condom Hall" anywhere on your package. Your order will be shipped in an unmarked Priority Mail box so that no one will know what it inside. We even use "CH Products" for our return address to further protect your privacy.
We use Priority Mail for almost all shipments. It takes 2 -3 days depending on your location and if it is a holiday. Some may even receive their condoms the day after if they live close.
I don't want cheap condoms, what kind do you sell?
We only sell the highest quality condoms from Trojan, Durex, LifeStyles, and Okamoto. We don't stock 300 types of condoms... only the most popular condoms from these companies. This way we can offer the best quality and also great prices.
I am not sure which way I want to pay?
Well, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal payments - they process credit/debit cards and electronic checks (using your bank account). Money orders are welcomed and of course we are one of the only organizations to accept cash.
Can I really mix and match my favorite condoms?
Yes, we allow you to choose whatever condom types you want or you can get our condom sampler. This allows you more freedom to experiment or get just a few that you really like.
Will you send me free condoms?
Condom Hall does not have the resources to help all in need, so our policy is to only send free condoms to our weekly winners from the Facebook, MySpace, and Website drawings each week. We also send out free condoms to our campus representatives.
Will my condoms be fresh?
Yes, we always have fresh inventory... it is our freshness guarantee. You will never have to worry about expiration dates with Condom Hall. Dates are usually a few years away, which gives you plenty of time.
I live in Canada... can I get condoms?
You can buy them online with our PayPal buy now buttons or send payment in the mail using the US Mail Order Option. As of now, Canadian orders can only include the 25 Starter pack or the 50 Super Pack. Also, please allow a few extra days for delivery due to customs.
