Your privacy is a top priority... nobody but you should be able to know what you ordered. That is why all orders are shipped in unmarked Priority Mail boxes. There is NO mention of "condoms" anywhere on the package. Also, we use "C.H.C." as our return address (not Condom Hall).
FAST DELIVERY
Over and over again, students have told us they want their condoms "fast". This is why we send most packages by Priority Mail. Also, as soon as we receive payment or payment confirmation, we send your package out... unlike some places where they can take weeks to process your order.
*If you pay with a credit card or debit card, your order will be shipped within the next business day or within 24 hours after we get email payment confirmation. E-checks will take about 4 days to process and we send out your package as soon as your funds clear.
*If you mail us your order with a money order or cash, your order will be shipped within the next business day or within 24 hours after payment arrives. Please, when you send cash, remember to wrap it up in your order form (no coins - they may tear your envelope) and seal with tape. Remember, you get an additional product discount when using CASH.
Almost every one of our customers receive their order within 2 - 3 days after is has been shipped out (it may depend on where you live and holidays). To avoid delays, double check your order form and print or type clearly!
