DISCREET SHIPPING
Your privacy is a top priority… nobody but you should be able to know what you ordered. That is why all orders are shipped in unmarked Priority Mail boxes. There is NO mention of “condoms” anywhere on the package. Also, we use “CH Products” as our return address (not Condom Hall).
FAST DELIVERY
Over and over again, students have told us they want their condoms “fast”. This is why we send your packages using Priority Mail with Free Shipping Confirmation Service. Also, as soon as we receive payment or payment confirmation, we send your package out… unlike some places where they take days or even weeks to process your order.
*If you pay with PayPal or our Secure Online Form, your order will be shipped within the next business day or within 24 hours after we get email payment confirmation. E-checks will take longer to process and we send out your package as soon as your funds clear.
*If you mail us your order with a money order or cash, your order will be shipped within the next business day or within 24 hours after payment arrives. Please, when you send cash, remember to wrap it up in your order form (no coins – they may tear your envelope).
Almost every one of our customers receive their order within 2 – 3 days after is has been shipped out Priority Mail (depends on where you live and holidays). To avoid delays, double check your order form and print or type clearly!
SHIPPING COST
Priortiy Mail Shipping is $5.50 ($7.00 if ordering a Party 100 Pack).
* If you live within 100 miles of our main office, Superior, WI, we will ship your package First Class.
* Bulk shipping is a few bucks more (see Bulk Orders for details).
* Condom Hall only ships to the 50 states of the USA. If you live in Canada, email us.
Don’t forget… you will have your package delivered by Priority Mail! This will help you get your condoms, lube, and Condom Pals 🙂
* We have never had a problem with lost packages because the Post Office records and tracks the time and date of delivery of the package right to your shipping address. Condom Hall uses Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation to make sure your package arrives fast and to the correct address. Delivery Confirmation is FREE.
*Once your package is delivered to your address by the Post Office, you are responsible for it. Condom Hall does not replace any package that is misplaced, stolen, or lost once it is delivered by the Post Office.
